•     Beehive Micro-Enterprises ($50): Sponsor a micro-enterprise in Nepal by providing a beehive for a family. The honey gathered from the beehive will generate additional income for a family and help support children attending school.

•    Neta School Construction ($5,000): The Trivani Foundation has funded the completion of the Neta Primary School. With the continual growing population and a significant influx of students, the Jona Priya area was ill-equipped to accommodate such a large number of children. This new faciltiy can accommodate all students adequately, providing a better, more enriching educational experience.

•    Passachaur School Construction ($3,100):  The Trivani Foundation provided funds for the completion of the Passachaur Primary School. The Passachaur community had been looking for funding to build a new school for over ten years. With the completion of this new school, the community has an overriding sense of joy, hope, and empowerment; and the children have a safe learning place that they are now proud of.

•    Biogas Digesters ($250):   Help families live safer, cleaner, more productive lives and help save the Himalayan range by donating toward the construction of a biogas digester. Biogas digesters aid in the processing of hazardous waste materials into safe, environment-friendly energy and fertilizer. Biogas eliminates the need for families to spend time cutting firewood and thus reduces deforestation. In addition to producing fuel for cooking, biogas also produces a non-toxic, chemical-free slurry that can be used for fertilizer.

•    Sanskriti Sadan School Construction ($3,870):  The Trivani Foundation has provided funds for the completion of the Sanskriti Sadan Primary School. Our sponsored students can now enjoy a safe, positive learning environment that bolsters up thier community with a sense of pride and empowerment.

•    Beehive Micro-Enterprise ($50):  Sponsor a micro-enterprise in Nepal by providing a beehive for a family. The honey gathered from the beehive will generate additional income for a family and help support children attending school.

The Trivani Foundation Is Now an Official 501(c)(3) Organization!

On October 29, 2007, the Trivani Foundation received exciting news: we are officially a 501(c)(3) organization! Now all donations given by contributors will be tax deductible, so this is great news for you as well. It typically takes organizations years to gain 501(c)(3) status, but we received ours in a matter of months. What can we say...the stars are truly aligned for the Trivani Foundation and our cause.
