2009 Child Rescue Mission to Roatan

Be a Master by March

The next Trivani Child Rescue Mission to Roatan is only a few months away, and YOU could be in the attending party! The mission will take place the first week of June 2009 and will be a 5-day, 4-night stay on the island of Roatan, located just off the coast of Honduras. The pathway is straight and simple: Become a Master by March 31st and you are guaranteed a spot.

Why Roatan?

Roatan is a unique location for a Trivani Child Rescue Mission because it includes incredibly beautiful tourist traps and Third World conditions on the same small island. Those who attend this Child Rescue Mission will be able to experience both worlds simultaneously, enjoying a true vacation on white beaches one hour and helping to paint and reconstruct a trade school the next. It will be a truly eye-opening experience that can change the way you feel about Trivani, your Trivani business, and life in general.

What Will We Do?

Those who attend this next trip will have an unforgettable adventure, sunbathing in Roatan’s crystal blue water, attending a dolphin show, enjoying massages at your luxurious resort, and other activities, as well as giving gifts to children in need, spending time in the island orphanage, helping women and children in a battered women’s refuge, and simply experiencing the stark contrast between two very different worlds.

How Will This Help Me and My Business?

Hands down, every distributor who attended the first Child Rescue Mission to Roatan in 2008 returned home with a sense of gratitude for their lives, as well as the knowledge that they helped the people of Roatan in some small way. Shannon B. , one of the attendees of the 2008 Roatan trip, made the following remarks about her experience there:

The Trivani Child Rescue Mission to Roatan was the most amazing experience of my life! I loved being able to help the wonderful people that are making a difference in Roatan. My favorite experience was when we went to a little orphanage. I really enjoyed not only giving the children the gift baskets but also just spending the time with them. My heart went out to all of the children knowing that they had no one to love them. The time we spent with them did make a difference in their lives and they will never forget it-I am sure. It was amazing how when we showed up the kids were not sure of us and by the time we left, they were hugging us and their smiles were as big as the sun. What a blessing to be able to spend time with them.

I also loved going to the village. It was great to see how happy everyone was—it was “the day of the child”—a perfect day to spend with them. We gave out supplies to all at the school. They were so grateful to be getting the things we gave. I had never seen so many kids have such a need for the school supplies that were given. I loved how the whole village was also content with what they had. They had dirt roads, shack houses and dirty water. We live in a country that takes these things for granted and want even more. We can learn a lot from this village of wonderful people. Their entertainment was so much fun. They had us dancing-what a blast.

My time in Roatan was the best time of my life. I loved getting to know all of the Trivani people and making such great friends. I can't wait to go again-everyone should go.

Trivani wants every Trivani humanitarian to experience this—to see for yourself what our Trivani Foundation executives see on a monthly basis all over the world. This experience will be one of a lifetime. In addition, it can bring a great sense of passion and commitment to your growing humanitarian army and help establish a solid foundation on which to build in the years to come.
