Her parents saved and sacrificed to bring her to Cebu for surgery, but the process will take more than three months, and they can’t afford to stay in town more than a few days. The Trivani Foundation recognizes that keeping the family together is just as important—if not more important—than the surgery itself, so it is paying for the parents’ lodging and meals throughout the full duration of the procedure. They will be able to stay near the hospital and visit Dyna every day, helping to keep her sweet face smiling.
