In a corporate-attended distributor meeting, the Trivani distributor who wishes to hold the meeting will plan the meeting and approve all their plans and expenses with Trivani before they reserve and pay for their activities. After receiving approval, the distributor can then reserve the venue and pay for all necessary expenses. Corporate will then attend the meeting and present on whatever the distributor wishes.
