Trivani fill-in PDF forms use the features provided with Adobe Acrobat products. To view, complete, and print a Trivani fill-in PDF form, you will need version 7 or later of the Adobe Reader software. This software is free and easy to install on your computer via the Internet. To install the software, please visit http://get.adobe.com/reader/ or click on the Get Adobe Reader icon on the bottom of the Trivani Distributor Resources page. Then, follow the instructions below: If you have Windows XP, simply click the Download button. If you have Windows Vista, Mac, or another operating system, select the link titled “Different language or operating system?” On the corresponding page, select the information appropriate for your computer, select Continue, make sure that the latest version of Adobe Reader is selected, and press Download Now. The software should download in only a matter of minutes. To open a Trivani fill-in PDF form, click on the link of the form you are interested in completing. When you download Adobe Reader, an Adobe Reader download plug-in is also installed. This plug-in should automatically open the file within your browser's window when you click on the form link.
Trivani fill-in forms are typically created with the ability to save the file to your computer or to a disk. If the form has the ability to be saved locally, a dialog box will appear when you open the file with Adobe Reader. If you are using Adobe Reader 6.05 or later, the dialog box will indicate that document rights have been applied to the PDF file and you can save the completed fill-in form. If you are using a version of Adobe Reader prior to version 6.05, the dialog box will indicate that some features of the document will not operate and you will be prompted to obtain a newer version of Adobe Reader. Once you have opened the form you would like to complete, you may begin filling in the appropriate information. To fill out a particular field, simply position your cursor on the area or element you would like to complete. When the cursor has changed appearance to the I-beam pointer, click the left button on your mouse. A blinking line in the field you have selected will indicate that you can begin typing your information.
Enter the appropriate data in each box or field of the form. To move from one field to the next, you can continue to use your cursor or you can press the Tab key. To select a check box or radio button on the form, place your cursor over the box or button. When the cursor has changed appearance to the hand pointer, you may click on the box or button to select it.
Be aware that some fields limit the maximum number of characters you can enter. These fields may automatically advance to the next field when they reach their character limit. Once you’ve completed the required information on your Trivani fill-in PDF form, save the form to your computer by selecting the File menu at the top of the browser and clicking Save As. When the Save As window opens, name the file and select the location in which you would like the file to be saved. You can then find the form in the location you saved it, open the file, and change any necessary information in a particular field. Important note on saving and opening your form: Do not save your fill-in form by clicking the disk icon on your browser. If you do, your fill-in form will save as a copy and you will not be able to change the fill-in information at a later time. Also be aware that when you open your form after saving it, the fill-in fields may be highlighted in red. The file will not print this way, however. If the highlighting bothers you, click the Highlight Fields button in the upper right-hand corner of the browser and the red should disappear. Submit the form to Trivani via email by clicking on the Email button on the bottom of your form. When you click this button, your default email account will automatically open with the “Send To” field already complete. If you prefer to send your form through another email account, open your desired account, fill out the Send To field (

) and Subject field (including your name and the type of form you are sending), attach your saved form file to the email, and submit. If you plan to fax or mail your form instead, print it out first by either clicking the Print button on the bottom of your form page or selecting the printer icon in the upper left-hand corner of your web browser. Before you download your photo, you will want to determine the size and resolution you need. Each photo listed on this webpage comes in four sizes. Here are the average dimensions (in inches) for each size: - Large: 9x12
- Medium: 4x6
- Small: 2.5x3
- Web: 2x2.5
You will also want to select the photo size based on the purpose of the photo. If you intend to publish the photo in print, you will want to select Large, Medium, or Small, since these sizes include high-resolution (300 ppi) photos. The Web-sized photo is low resolution (72 ppi) and will only be appropriate for online use. Any of the high-resolution photos can also be used for online use if they are saved in a lower quality. You can do this in a photo-editing program such as Photoshop. The approach you take to save your photo will depend upon the browser you use. Each browser has two options for saving. Find your preferred browser below and follow one of the approaches listed to save your photo: - Firefox:
- Right click on the link of the photo size you desire (or on the photo itself) and select “Save link as”
- Left click on the link of the photo size you desire (or on the photo itself). The photo will open in a new window in your browser. Then right click on the photo and select “Save image as…”
